License Grant

Venrir grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content solely for your personal educational purposes.

Important: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without explicit permission from Venrir.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, videos, documents, code snippets, and other content provided by Venrir are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by Venrir or the respective content creators.

4. User-Generated Content

Any content you upload, post, or submit to Venrir ("User Content") becomes non-exclusive property of Venrir. By submitting User Content, you grant Venrir and other users a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any User Content you submit. Venrir reserves the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
  • Payment must be made in full before gaining access to course content
  • Venrir accepts multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 30% of the course content. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or Venrir staff
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
  • Share course content with unauthorized third parties
  • Engage in any form of automated data collection without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENRIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The total liability of Venrir to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course, if any.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Venrir disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

10. Termination

Venrir may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination.

Venrir reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
